Leads execution of short term action plans to support long term store strategies.
Owns product, marketing, and cleanliness standards for certain departments.
Monitor, maintain, and follow all company policies and procedures.
Communicates effectively with crew members and managers to ensure all processes flow properly.
Understands how to read and use performance reports to impact each department.
Maintains awareness of overall store cleanliness, maintenance, and safety.
Serves as a mentor to new crew members.
Models respect and professional behaviors in all interactions.
Support effective teaching, motivating, feedback, and recognition of crew members.
Provides feedback to the merchandise manager regarding crew members.
