The ideal candidate must possess good communication skills, be detail oriented and have the ability to multitask.
Self-starter and proactive follow through skills are a must.
This position includes full time employment, complete with a competitive compensation and benefits package.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Create invoices
distribute appropriate invoices to division contacts Reconcile field paperwork to builder payment data Reconcile builder payment data to current pricing Reconcile all material usage to builder payment data Identify and resolve builder sendbacks Maintain work logs Maintain builder pricing Maintain lot specific folders Maintain unreconciled material expenses Work with subcontractors to ensure accurate billing Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of billing Maintain open communication with team members and Supervisor Willing to assume other related duties as you grow within the company Other projects as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Previous billing experience required Professional, positive and friendly attitude at all times Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong ability to identify and resolve gaps in billing processes Ability to take ownership of duties with good follow through and perform all tasks described above with minimal supervision Skills:
Good computer knowledge Microsoft
Outlook proficiency Microsoft Teams proficiency QuickBooks proficiency Ability to communicate well with outside customers and subcontractors as well as all levels of internal management and coworkers Ability to balance workload and prioritize in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines Must be able to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of standard residential construction practices a plus
