Solo, Solos willing to Team, and established Team LTL Opportunities Competitive Pay Solo Drivers average over $1,100 per week gross Road Division: $0.437 to $0.456, depending on experience, Stop Pay of $15.00 Long Haul Team Drivers: 51.3 cpm split, $15.00 per stop split, $5000 Sign-On split Hometime Varies: OTR Lanes - home every 10-14 days Regional Lanes - weekly hometime Teams - out 3-6 weeks at a time, depending on location Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance 24/7 Dispatch Rider & Pet Programs Paid Orientation with private hotel room For any Solo Drivers interested in Team opportunities, New Century will pair you up with an optimal team partner and get you on the road to success!
