Job Description:
Responsible for assisting Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that the physical aspect of community meets company standards and applicable laws in the areas of inspection, maintenance and repair. Leads team in problem diagnosis and repairs and/or make ready scheduling and leads team in diagnosis and repair in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural and appliance. Must hold certification in one or all areas of skilled trades in which responsibility is held.
Qualifications:
One year certificate from college or technical school; and/or 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid drivers' license along with good driving record and auto insurance is required.
Must hold certification in one or all areas of skilled trades which responsibilities are held.
