Seasonal Revenue Supervisor

Manage and oversee the Campground Store including but not limited to keeping an inventory, ordering supplies, and handling sales.
Coordinate with vendors, staff and volunteers to meet the needs of campground residents.
Provide customer services by explaining regulations, answering visitor requests, needs and complaints, and providing information about the park and surrounding areas.
Will supervise and support the campground registrar booth, the boat house and the fee booth.
Works with Volunteer Coordinator to oversee Camp Hosts, and makes sure they complete their daily tasks.
Works with and updates Park Manager and Maintenance Supervisor of any and all issues that occur in the campground, fee booths and boat house.
Assist with financial audits of revenue areas. Run and operate the Point of Sales System for the campground & boathouse.
Must be able to demonstrate responsibility, dependability and good communication skills.
Maintain a positive attitude.

Job Requirements

Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas.
One year experience in interpreting rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
One year experience in office operations and functions such as operating office machines, handling incoming and outgoing mail, postal and shipping services, answering phones, directing calls and taking messages; file maintenance; maintaining and updating supplies.
One year experience in cash handling, writing receipts.
One year experience using Microsoft Office Programs including Outlook, Excel, and Publisher.
Six months experience of supervising staff or volunteers.
Possession of a valid driver's license (not suspended, revoked or cancelled, or disqualified from driving).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
