Administrative Assistant/Technical Team Support - SEC

Description

You will work as part of the EMEA Solution Engineering Center to define and drive ON products into automotive/HPPC and IoT systems. Drive overall corporate design-in success in the target application area from product definition through market share, sales growth and margin contribution improvement.
Specific duties:
  • general technical team support
  • support ordering process
  • organize, ship and track demos
  • support organization of internal trainings, events, fairs, technology days locally and in EMEA
  • support new employees
  • administration of Sharepoint sites, e. g. add content and do queries
  • direct cooperation with SEC team, marcom and sales

Qualifications

  • active listening
  • fluency in English and German, other European language is a plus
  • good in verbal and written communication
  • working independently and in team
  • self-initiative, self-motivating, prepared to continue learning
  • good analytical skills
  • knowledge of Sharepoint and MS Office


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
